Hi LizzieW......it's possible that your posting contains too much detailed info for the public domain. Suggest you go into your original posting and use the 'Edit' button... omit anything too specific, like the reg no. and the road that this girl allegedly lives in...
Having said that; collate as much info as possible - times/days - descriptions - cars details - how many people in car. Have a quiet word with the neighbours - try and form a concerned group. As a group speak to the police - ask them for their cooperation - let them know what your doing to avoid any misunderstanding....ie if you collect spent spli*** as evidence, you don't want to put yourself into an insidious position of being in possession of an illegal drug.
It seems that its the loitering and particularly the alleged dealing which should be the focus - I don't think the police will be too concerned with personal, own use offences.
A least the police are responding by driving past, albeit at the wrong time, but it a pattern can be established, they are more likely to drive past at the right time.
You could also have a word with your local NLC councillor....Cllr Nigel Sherwood has a surgery Thursday morns at the Angel.

I'm afraid it is a sign of the times that we live in. It is rife and there is not much you can do about it. The Police are not too bothered, if the druggies want to shove this crud into their system, let them. As long as they don't bother anyone else or break the law in any other way.
If I had my way, these cretins would get a fix alright.........ultra pure, uncut, undiluted, 100% gear and they wouldn't be bothering us again. That idea came from a chap who regularly rides the ferries working for the Customs & Excise following the people bringing it into the country.
We in Brigg have been lucky, some places have had this problem for years.

Well, I am sick of hearing about the problems they cause. Im not saying that is the answer, but it would certainly make all the other idiots think about what they are doing. It would kill off demand and profiteering as well as get rid of a drain on our resources.
Sorry if that offends you, but I am not trying to be helpful or constructive.
These characters are not exactly helping themselves, being constructive or contribute positively to our society/community, like so many othe people who have to suffer having their homes ransacked to satiate these reprebates filthy habit.
They are zombies.
It would be goodbye to bad rubbish.

Drugs are a massive problem....targeting individual drug-takers can consume an enormous amount resources for very little benefit.
Police should focus on the drug and gang masters......cut off the head of the snake...not bits of the tail.
It won't be an easy task and it calls for global cross-border cooperation.
Similarly, In Tunisia, the opposition aimed to rid the country of Gaddafi and his henchmen.
At a local level, remove the street gang leaders and the followers will be in disarray - no longer having a model that they are expected to emulate.
