Brigg Fire Station Annual Open Day returns on Sunday 26th August 10am to 4pm. Stalls, games, demonstrations, meet your local community firefighters, view the Technical Rescue Unit and see an Airport Fire Tender.

its just i wanted to try on the all firefighter gear to make sure if i do follow that path in the future i would not have any issues with there kit

brigg fire station are mainly manned by part time fire & rescue [they have full time job's ] so you must have an understanding boss also you must live or work within 10 min's of the station and be fit.[I think one of the test's is you must carry 50k 200mtrs then lift it up then down a 5 story flight of stairs].go along I'm sure they'll point you in the right direction.
